We have weathered many storms. We have even felt that our “boat” capsized occasionally.

It was a dark and stormy night… actually no, it wasn’t - at least not outside!

In an instant! Just that quickly, EVERYTHING changed.

A great leader can lead even the most challenging follower.

He came racing back to the motorhome door, shouting, “Get out, we’re on FIRE!” 

Sometimes, I think my lack of understanding must make God laugh!

I am writing a blog for people like me who find the world spinning too fast. Slowing down to spend a few minutes with the Creator, in His Word, led by His Spirit is difficult. Our lives our so full of obligations and responsibilities we feel we can barely stay afloat.

"Why did I hate dirt” you ask? “What had it ever done to you?” Well… those are really good questions, and definitely pertinent to the story. Why did I hate dirt? My knee jerk reaction was that dirt was… well, DIRTY! Wasn’t that reason enough?!

The student had no idea about our background or beliefs; It was, seemingly, a woman making a random call to a dance studio to learn to couples dance. 

Rick* & Hannah* came to our dance studio to learn to dance, but more importantly, to have some meaningful time together as husband and wife. Rick was a successful real estate broker with his own company, Hannah was able to be a stay-at-home mom to their five children.
